- The topside team explain "saturation" diving performed by aquanauts during the NEEMO 14 mission and the need for allowing time for the aquanauts to decompress before returning to the surface. Day 13 is decompression time, and on Day 14 the topside team welcomes the NEEMO crew home, marking the end of their two weeks' stay in the Aquarius undersea habitat.

- The NEEMO aquanauts continue exploration of the Conch Reef on mission day 12, using the "flying" Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) to track them as they went through mazes of coral. As the mission progresses, the aquanauts' sleep stability is monitored by Project CASPER in order to gather data important both for NEEMO missions and for spaceflight.

- Today the NEEMO crew finished a series of underwater tests that determined how different amounts of weight, and the placement of the weight, affected their ability to perform tasks. Through video links, they connected to schools in Canada and Texas, and spoke to students about the value of analog testing and how diving compares to space walking.
