SATERN and new employee training

SATERN is still down due to some ongoing technical issues; while there's no expected return-to-service date at this time of which the Glenn Library & Learning Center is aware, it should be back up soon, and we're still here to help Glenn employees and contractors with their training needs! While not all training available via SATERN is available in other formats, we'll help you find alternate videos or other training materials if you have an immediate training need.

For new Glenn employees and incoming summer interns: since the SATERN training system is down, you are currently not able to complete your required IT Security training on-line. We do not have a CD version of this training available. Again, although we do not have a date for when SATERN is expected to be operational, it will certainly be available in time for you to meet this training requirement.

Please keep in mind that this does NOT interfere with your ability to gain access to your NASA-provided email account and other NASA systems. Want to learn more? New Glenn employees and summer students can stop by the Library and Learning Center for assistance and for additional information on training and research materials available to the Glenn community.
